The staff greeted me with a welcome drink. It felt very thoughtful. I found the breakfast offered a wide selection, convenient with my early trip schedule. They always gave clear metro directions.

The neighborhood did not always feel safe, so I ended up using taxis more frequently than expected.

The staff helped with suitcases. I guess that was nice.

The air conditioning was pretty LOUD, and the shower temperature jumped around like crazy. they also didn't include a 'do not disturb' sign. That's GREAT for privacy. plus, the room lights decided to party at 6am on their own.
